Buy the iPhone 4 or wait?

My phone's contract is up and I'm finally free to get the iPhone! I know I love it because my brother has it and I steal it all the time. But now there are rumors that the iPhone 5 may come out late summer/September. Thoughts/opinions? Should I go for it and suck it up when the new ones come, or just wait?
