Buying electronics in Hong Kong?

I'm hoping to buy either an iPhone or a Samsung Galaxy in Hong Kong when I go there in a couple of months (My phone is beyond crap, and not out of contract until next year). I'm also thinking about getting a PSP as well. Will these phones work when I bring them home to Australia, and will games bought here work on a PSP bought in Hong Kong?
