Cellphone Contract Problem?

I'm getting the Samsung Galaxy S2 soon, and I want it with a contract (not unlocked). I can't seem to find it with a contract in any of the popular carrier's sites. I have a feeling it is not released in contract form? Also, is it true that a 1.4 ghz (current 1.2 ghz) Galaxy S2 is coming out? Thanks in advance.
