Did I get a good deal on this phone or was I ripped off?

I'm in contract with Tmobile so I was just looking for an upgrade from my current slide phone. Somebody sold me a Tmobile G2x for $300 even. It comes with 2 usb cables, ac charger, 2 screen protectors, and a hard casing. It has a few scratches on the edge and corner but it's in good working condition. Is that a good deal?
