Help needed in reading my eye prescription?

Hi. I just had an eye exam from an Optometrist because my eyes are getting strained by looking at computer screen. After the eye exam, she told me that my eye sight was good and that i need to wear computer glasses whenever i work on computers. She gave me the report as OD: +125 -0.50x125, OS: +075. How do i read it?
