Need help choosing a medical field what are my options?

Okay don't laugh but I want a medical profession which involves little to no actual tampering with one's blood. No, I'm not squeamish but I dread the idea of contracting some kind of crazy disease or hiv or w/e from a patient. I was thinking of a general physican or a pediatrician, what are my other options. Giving a kid an injection is no prob cuz I won't be touching their blood in any way.
