Last time when i posted about my problem i could get few satisfied ans becoz it was less informative so now he?

I am 25 yrs and my period began at 15 yrs in that some years it was irregular but then it was normal during normal time there i sometime had scanty bleeding for 3 day and then normal flow for 7 to 8 days but most time normal bleeding so i didnt consult docter but last 2 years the problem seen.i consulted doctor he prescribed norethisterone @3 tab tid for 1o days and follow up that time he gave same drug@1 tab od from 16 to 25 days of mens for 10 days for 3 month then it was solved but again seen after 1.5 years again i visited hm and gave same previous medication for 6 month but when the dose finished again i had no mens so i changed doctor 22 days ago then she said my uterus usg normal and gave Ovral-G @1 tab od for 3 month .i hav taken 22 tab regularly but stil no mens.my other health status is fine and from my view i hav not the symptoms of pcos that i have searched about pcos.i hav also taken 4 bottles of baidhya nath sundari kalpa forte and now stopped.i want to now how the problem be managed and does there any matter to wory? Wat should i do then
