What happen when you OD on spice?

I was smoking spice the other day with some friends. No one got as high as me because things were changing colors, I couldn't sit up, move, and the whole world was spinning. I was very twitchy and just felt AWFUL. Then I threw up twice... Did I OD on spice? What happens when you do OD?
